I came in wondering if Town Fair Tire would rotate my tires despite not being bought there. I was assured that wouldn’t be an issue. The tires were rotated quickly and I fully expected to be charged for the service. I was informed one of my lug nuts was stripped and had been replaced (they showed me the messed up one). I was very pleasantly surprised when I was informed there would be no charge. Cam gave a level of customer service that all others should strive to provide. I am thankful for my experience with him today.

My tire blew out on a Saturday. An hour before closing. I called Town Faire with not much hope. An employee Jeremy answered and calmly said he could get me in and out with confidence. Once I was at the shop, Jeremy checked out my tires. He gave me information about the products and services offered. Along with plenty of realistic options. I DID NOT FEEL LIKE I WAS TALKING TO A SALESMAN. Instead, it felt similiar to a good neighbor down the street, who helps you plow your snow and doesn't take a dime. THEN, the lugnuts I had bought were the wrong size. Jeremy had made the choice to drive over to the parts store to get the right ones for my vehicle. Again, it felt neighborly. Overall, I am completely impressed and grateful for all the guys at the shop. Shout out to Tom with the best beard in the biz for his courteous approach during my service there. I feel safe now Tires look great too.

The employees always take care of my car and tires super well. They help me without charging an arm and a leg, and make me feel confident as a women get the work I need, without being up-charged, because I don’t understand the automotive industry!

So very happy with the help I got at Town Fair Tire today. I drove in from Lubec and was in a bind to get tires today before I went home, and Jeremy at the front desk got me in and took care of me. Leaving very happy and relieved to not be driving back on balb tires! Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
